Watermelon is in season and is very inexpensive at least here in San Diego. For a dollar you can get a giant melon that will serve many. Water melon is great treat for a hot day like the ones we're having this weekend. My favorite thing to do it slice it and place a few pieces in the freezer for fun froze treat.
